What sort of methods of payment do you accept?
We accept bank deposit including credit cards via Paypal.
Do you post to Rural Addresses?
Yes, we do. There is an extra $3.20 for a rural delivery service on parcel post tracked services and courier. We will manually invoice you for this as our system does not support the extra rural delivery charges when checking out. A good idea, if you want to avoid the extra rural delivery charge is to perhaps get the parcel sent to an alternative address like your work address or to a friend's address (providing it is non-rural) .

Are the dresses available for viewing and to try on?
We only hold a very limited stock and only a few styles as the majority of our dresses particularly wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses are made to order. Some dresses are available for viewing and can be viewed by appointment only. If you need a wedding dress/bridesmaid dress urgently we offer a rush-cut service order.
Are all your flower girl dresses, boys suits including accessories in stock?
There are items that may need to be ordered in for you. Please email us to check if the item you want to purchase is available for immediate delivery before making a purchase. firstname.lastname@example.org
How long will I have to wait for my wedding dress?
Making and delivery for our wedding dresses/bridesmaid dresses takes up to 8 weeks but it all depends on the time of the year.
We also offer an express service which takes 3-4 weeks. For rush cuts please contact email@example.com
Do you do rush orders?
Yes we do offer an express service, which takes 3-4 weeks. A service fee will apply. Please email us and let us know when you need your wedding gown or bridesmaid dress by, and we will check if we can deliver in time for you.
What sizes do you do?
We do all sizes. The wedding gowns/bridesmaid dresses are made to order either to our standard size chart or to your own measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
Do you charge extra for plus sizes?
At this stage we don't! The price is the same.
How do I order a wedding dress to be custom-made to my own measurements?
After you have selected your colour, from the drop down box please choose 'custom made', we will email you all the measurements needed to make the dress including full instructions on how to measure yourself correctly.
All measurements you supply will be checked to ensure they are no discrepancies.
How can I make sure the dresses fits fit my girls?
Different bridal companies usually run different sizes, so please make sure you compare your body measurements with our size chart before choosing the size. If you don’t find a perfect standard size, you can have your dress made to measure too. We require 10+ detailed measurements to guarantee a perfect fit for all shapes and sizes.
If I bought for example a bridesmaid dress from the Willow Bridemaid Collection and one dress from the La Fontaine Bridesmaid Dress Collection, can I expect them to be a colour match if I wanted them in the same colour?
No. We can't guarantee a 100% colour match between our bridesmaid dress collections as each collection come from a different bridal studio.
Are the dresses made locally?
Most of our gowns are made off shore. We have an established relationship with several overseas bridal studios, all of whom prides itself in the very best quality and workmanship.
When should I order my wedding dress?
We highly recommend that you order your gown early at least 6 months before the wedding to allow for any minor fittings to be made and to be able to match accessories etc.
Can I customize my dress? Like be made with zipper closure rather than lace up?
Yes. You have the option of customizing your dress like changing to be lace up (also known as corset back) or with zipper closure, add sleeves or straps, alter the length, where the design allows for it.
Can my bridesmaids order their dresses separately?
We recommend you to put all the dresses in one order, so that we can make sure the same bolt of fabrics will be used to make your dresses to avoid possible dye lot variations between batches of fabrics.
Do you offer layby?
Yes we do offer layby on purchases over $250. Please email us for terms and conditions.
How can I make sure the colour is exactly what I want?
Pictures often distort the colours, so it is recommended that you order our colour swatches to view the colours in person. When you are ready to order the dresses, please purchase them in one order to avoid dye lot variations.
Can I view your satin and chiffon swatch book?
Yes you can view our satin and chiffon colour book to look at the colours before ordering. Postage is either by standard postage $8.00 or by courier $9.50 (non-rural), but we require the book to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, as we have many customers who are waiting in line to view the swatch books. You don't need to pay for return postage.
Are the dresses fully lined and have boning and what is your quality like?
All our gowns are fully lined, padded and have boning.
Our gowns are made of the highest quality satin, chiffon, tulle, taffeta, organza, lace and the best top quality beads that you can find in the bridal industry. Our gowns won't discolour over time either, these are all high quality dresses and of the highest standard!
Do your gowns come with in-built petticoat?
Some designs do and some don't. You will need to buy a petticoat separately depending on gown collection.
If you are unsure which style of petticoat to get for your dress, please contact us and we will assist you in advising the recommended petticoat for your dress.
Do you accept returns?
We accept return for gowns in standard sizing but not for custom-made gowns.
Standard size gowns are to be returned within 7 days of receipt.
